摘  要:应新一代小型化、轻量化星载微波接收机需求,借鉴引进的国外微波接收机全集成厚膜电源设计理念,采用轻质化硅铝材料和LTCC厚膜集成技术的新方案设计了一种应用于星载微波接收机的全集成厚膜电源。该厚膜电源模块为全集成设计,除了实现DC-DC基本功能,还集成了EMI滤波器以及多个功能电路单元,模块可直接和卫星平台配电系统对接。本产品是接替上一代为微波接收机配套的传统PCB电源,传统PCB电源体积为125mm*110mm*25mm,重量350g,新一代小型化厚膜电源体积为77mm*57mm*15mm,重量为105g,体积和重量较上一代大幅减小;引进的微波接收机全集成厚膜电源体积为85mm*75mm*20mm,重量为200g,本产品在体积和重量上也明显小于采用传统厚膜集成方案的引进件。目前多个电源模块随新一代微波接收机在轨飞行,状态良好。To meet the demand of a new generation of miniaturized and lighweight satellite-borne microwave receiver and drawing on the design concept of fully integrated thick-film power supply for imported microwave receiver, a fully integrated thick-film power supply for space-borne microwave receiver is designed by adopting the new scheme of the application of light silicon-aluminum and LTCC thick-film integration technology.The thick-fikm power supply module is a fully integrated design, which not only realizes the basic functions of dc-dc, but also integrates the EMI filter and several functional circuit units.The module can be directly connected with the power distribution system of satellite platform.This product is a replacement for the traditional PCB power supply of the previous generation, which is matched with the microwave receiver.The volume of the traditional PCB power supply is 125 mm*110 mm*25 mm, and the weight is 350 g.The volume of the new generation of miniaturized thick-film power supply is 77 mm*57 mm*15 mm, and the weight is 105 g, with the volume and weight greatly reduced compared with the previous generation.The volume of the imported microwave receiver’s fully integrated thick-film power supply is 85 mm*75 mm*20 mm, and its weight is 200 g.The volume and weight of this product is also significantly smaller than that of the imported power module which adopts the traditional thick-film integration scheme.At present, several power modules are flying in orbit with the new generation of microwave receivers and are in good condition.
