血清心肌酶检测在精神分裂症诊断中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探究血清心肌酶水平检测在精神分裂症诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取256例精神分裂症患者作为观察组,另选256例同期进行健康体检的人员作为对照组。两组研究对象均进行血清心肌酶谱的检测,包括谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)。对比两组的心肌酶谱指标水平、观察组治疗前后心肌酶谱指标水平。结果观察组治疗前的AST、CK、LDH、CK-MB、α-HBDH水平分别为(68.46±11.36)、(358.36±36.48)、(225.62±32.14)、(28.65±6.10)、(195.14±31.10)U/L,均高于对照组的(20.69±6.48)、(103.15±14.62)、(148.26±21.61)、(13.47±3.12)、(125.21±26.14)U/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组AST、CK、LDH、CK-MB、α-HBDH水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在精神分裂症患者的诊疗中应用心肌酶谱的测定对诊断确诊、治疗疗效评价均有一定参考意义,但值得注意的是,心肌酶谱指标主要反映心功能,精神分裂症患者在测定前需排除心脏疾病对心肌酶谱指标的影响。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum myocardial enzyme detection in the diagnosis of schizophrenia.Methods There were 256 schizophrenia patients as the observation group,and 256 concurrent healthy subjects as the control group.The serum myocardial enzyme spectrum was tested for both groups,including aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),andα-hydroxyl butyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH).The levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the two groups were compared,and the levels of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the observation group before and after treatment were compared.Results Before treatment,the levels of AST,CK,LDH,CK-MB,α-HBDH of the observation group were(68.46±11.36),(358.36±36.48),(225.62±32.14),(28.65±6.10),(195.14±31.10)U/L,which were higher than(20.69±6.48),(103.15±14.62),(148.26±21.61),(13.47±3.12),(125.21±26.14)U/L of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of AST,CK,LDH,CK-MB,α-HBDH of the observation group were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The determination of myocardial enzyme spectrum has certain reference significance for diagnosis and treatment evaluation of schizophrenia.However,it should be noted that myocardial enzyme spectrum index mainly reflects the cardiac function.The influence of heart disease on myocardial enzyme spectrum index should be excluded in schizophrenic patients before determination.
