泰山女儿茶气候品质认证初探

摘　　要：泰山脚下的女儿茶园是我国最北方的茶叶种植基地,特殊的气候条件造就了茶叶特殊的香气,素有"茶中板栗"之美称,且营养成分较高。通过对该地区某茶厂第一批露天采摘的茶叶进行品质化验,对应气候品质评价模式,可以认定该批茶叶为优质等级。这种认定可以用在茶叶的销售宣传中,为消费者选购产品提供科学依据,为销售商提高经济收益。The daughter tea garden at the foot of Mount Tai is the northernmost tea planting base in our country.Its special climatic conditions create a special aroma.It is known as"chestnut in tea"and has high nutritional content.Through quality testing of the first batch of tea picked in the open air from a tea factory in this area,corresponding to the climatic quality evaluation model,it can be determined that the batch of tea is of high quality.This type of identification can be used in the promotion of tea sales to provide a scientific basis for consumers to purchase products and increase economic returns for sellers.
