摘  要:秋刀鱼是我国重点开发的远洋鱼种之一。本文利用2016、2017年8-11月在公海渔场采集的4585尾样本的体长组成、性腺成熟度等信息,结合鱼体肌肉碳、氮稳定同位素比值(δ13C,δ15N),分析秋刀鱼群体组成的时空差异。结果表明,大型群占比及平均GSI由北向南增大,平均CF减小;在155°E以东海域大型群占比大,平均GSI高,平均CF低。δ15N值由东北向西南海域逐渐增大;平均ROA逐月减小。公海渔场秋刀鱼的群体组成存在时空差异。本研究为掌握秋季公海渔场秋刀鱼群体特征提供了基础资料。Cololabis saira is one of the most developed pelagic fish species in China.In this paper,we analyzed the biological information such as knob length distribution,gonadal maturity of 4585 samples collected from August to November in 2016 and 2017 in high seas.And the stable isotope ratio of carbon and nitrogen(δ13C,δ15N)was analyzed.The results showed that the large group proportion and the average GSI increased from north to south,and the average CF decreased.The large group was larger than the west sea area in the east of 155°E,with a higher average GSI and a lower average CF.Theδ15 N value showed an increase trend from the northeast to the southwest.The average radius of annual ring decreased month by month.The above results indicated that there was a significant temporal and spatial difference in the group composition of the saury in the high seas.The results of this study provide basic information for grasping the characteristics of the saury population in the autumn high seas.
