摘　　要：梳理国际范式专业建设核心理念,以学生为本,以成果为导向,反向设计,通过修订专业培养目标、细化毕业要求、拆分能力指标、分解课程目标、调整课程体系、绘制课程地图,进行铁道供电技术专业建设,解决专业课程体系设置、毕业要求与培养目标脱节的问题,真正实现课程体系支撑毕业要求、毕业要求支撑培养目标,进而实现人才培养目标,形成合理可借鉴的专业建设范式。This paper summarizes the core concepts of specialty construction based on the international paradigm,which is student-oriented,results-oriented and reverse design.The specialty construction of railway power supply technology is carried out by revising the major training objectives,refining the graduation requirements,splitting the ability index,dissolving the course objectives,adjusting the course system and drawing the course map.Solve the problem of disconnection between specialty curriculum system setting,graduation requirements and training objectives,truly realize the curriculum system to support graduation requirements,graduation requirements to support training objectives,and then achieve talent training objectives,and form a reasonable and referential professional construction paradigm.
