以“血尿”为首诊症状的多科病例探讨全科医生的安全诊断策略

摘　　要：以"血尿"就诊的患者,因各自病因不同,有些病情容易漏诊误诊。全科医生在临床实践中对以"血尿"为主诉的患者,应充分运用全科思维,开拓思路,注意仔细甄别,从多角度多方向进行问诊,结合患者的血清学和影像学检查,运用多向发散思维,寻找线索。文章报告了临床患者6例,通过解读"莫塔安全性诊断策略",对血尿患者鉴别诊断进行分析。Hematuria patients,because of their different etiology and diversity,some conditions are easy to miss diagnosis and misdiagnosis.In clinical practice,general practitioners should make full use of general practice thinking,open up ideas,pay attention to careful screening,multi angle and multi-directional interrogation for patients with hematuria as the main complaint,combined with the serological and imaging examination of patients,we use multi-directional divergent thinking to find clues.Six cases were reported,to analyze the differential diagnosis of hematuria patients by interpreting"Mota safety diagnosis strategy".
