可视化根管技术应用于牙体牙髓病治疗中的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析可视化根管技术治疗牙体牙髓病的疗效及安全性。方法:2019年12月-2020年10月收治牙体牙髓病患者62例,随机分为两组,各31例。对照组给予常规根管技术治疗;观察组采用可视化根管技术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、住院时间及术中出血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗1个月后疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可视化根管技术治疗牙体牙髓病的成功率更高,可以一定程度上降低患者不良反应发生率,同时缓解疼痛程度。Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of visual root canal technique in the treatment of dental disease.Methods:From December 2019 to October 2020,62 patients with dental disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional root canal technique.The observation group was treated with visual root canal technique.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the treatment success rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the operation time,hospital stay and intraoperative blood loss were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after one month of treatment,the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The success rate of visual root canal technology in the treatment of dental disease is higher,it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and relieve the degree of pain to a certain extent.
