摘　　要：以某重卡驾驶室裂缝为背景,分析确定故障产生的机理,建立驾驶室有限元模型,结合CAE分析制定优化改进方案,并利用台架模拟路谱的方式进行了快速可靠性验证,解决了驾驶室开裂问题,消除了安全隐患,提高了设计及新产品的验证效率。Taking the crack of a heavy truck cab as the background,the mechanism of the fault is analyzed and determined,the finite element model of the cab is established,and the optimization and improvement scheme is formulated combined with CAE analysis.The rapid reliability verification is carried out by means of bench simulation road spectrum,which solves the problem of cab cracking,eliminates safety hazards,and improves the verification efficiency of design and new products.
