摘  要:具备强有力学校领导力的校长是一所学校办学成功的关键。转换型领导力理论对学校领导力的培养可以带来很多有益的启示。本文从具有挑战性的校园环境、学校内部的要求以及学校外部的要求三个角度论述了学校领导力培养的迫切性,全面分析了转换型领导力的内涵,重点阐释转换型领导力的四个特征即鼓舞性激励、个性化的关照、智力的刺激和理想化的影响,并且基于转换型领导力理论提出了学校领导力的培养途径。A university president with strong leadership is the key to succeed in running his school well.The transformational leadership theory can present a lot of beneficial enlightenment to the cultivation of school leadership.This paper deals with the urgency of the school leadership development from such three aspects as the challenging context,internal and external demands of schools by making a comprehensive analysis of the connotation of transformational leadership,especially interpreting the four characteristics:inspirational motivation,intellectual stimulation,individualized consideration and idealized influence.The ways to develop the school leadership is also raised based on the transformational theory.
