乳腺癌患者睡眠质量与癌症复发恐惧相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:了解乳腺癌患者睡眠质量与癌症复发恐惧的现状,并探讨其相互之间的关系。方法:采用一般资料调查表、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、中文版癌症复发恐惧量表(FCRI-CV)对160例女性乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果:乳腺癌患者睡眠质量总分为8(6,13)分;乳腺癌癌症患者复发恐惧总分为(89.61±15.568)分;乳腺癌患者睡眠质量各维度及总分均与癌症复发恐惧总分呈正相关(r=0.355~0.777,r=0.456,均P<0.01)。结论:乳腺癌患者存在睡眠障碍问题,癌症复发恐惧水平处于中等偏高水平,乳腺癌患者睡眠质量与癌症复发恐惧正向相关,即癌症复发恐惧水平越高,患者睡眠质量越差,提示临床医务工作者应重视乳腺癌患者对疾病进展的恐惧及睡眠问题,并采取相应的干预措施以降低患者对癌症复发的恐惧,继而改善患者睡眠质量。Objective:To understand the current status of sleep quality and fear of cancer recurrence in breast cancer patients,and to explore the relationship between them.Methods:The general information questionnaire,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and the Chinese version of the Fear of Cancer Recurrence Scale(FCRI-CV)were used to survey 160 female breast cancer patients.Results:The total score of sleep quality of breast cancer patients was 8(6,13);the total score of fear of recurrence of breast cancer patients was(89.61±15.568);the dimensions and total scores of sleep quality of breast cancer patients were equal to the total score of fear of cancer recurrence There was a positive correlation(r=0.711,r=0.777,r=0.767,r=0.355,r=0.367,r=0.749,r=0.525,r=0.456,all P<0.01).Conclusion:Breast cancer patients have sleep disorders,and the fear of cancer recurrence is at a moderate to high level.The sleep quality of breast cancer patients is positively correlated with the fear of cancer recurrence;that is,the higher the fear of cancer recurrence,the worse the patient's sleep quality,which prompts clinical medical work Patients should pay attention to the fear of disease progression and sleep problems in breast cancer patients,and take corresponding intervention measures to reduce the patient's fear of cancer recurrence,and then improve the patient's sleep quality.
