术前NLR和PLR水平与胰腺癌预后相关性研究

摘　　要：胰腺癌是一种诊断和治疗均很困难的消化道恶性肿瘤,近年来其发病率和死亡率明显上升。胰腺癌缺乏特异性症状,早期诊断较为困难,约3/4的胰腺癌确诊时已属晚期,且无法手术,患者预后差。因此,胰腺癌确切预后指标的找寻,成为当前研究的热点之一。近年来,国内外学者对于中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞数比值(NLR)和血小板与淋巴细胞数比值(PLR)在肿瘤中的预后价值做了大量研究,其中有关膀胱癌、肝癌、结直肠癌的研究指出,NLR可作为判断预后的有效指标。因目前有关NLR和PLR在胰腺癌中预后价值的研究较少,本文将这些研究成果进行系统性总结,并指出当前亟待进行深入研究的问题。Pancreatic cancer is a kind of digestive tract malignant tumor which is difficult to diagnose and treat,its morbidity and mortality have increased significantly in recent years.Pancreatic cancer lacks specific symptoms,early diagnosis is more difficult,about 3/4 of pancreatic cancer diagnosis is advanced,so it has been unable to operate and patients with poor prognosis.Therefore,the search for accurate prognostic indicators of pancreatic cancer has become one of the hot spots of current research.In recent years,researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the prognostic value of NLR(ratio of neutrophil to lymphocyte)and PLR(ratio of platelets to lymphocyte)in cancer,in the study of bladder cancer,liver cancer and colorectal cancer,NLR can be used as an effective prognostic indicator.Because of there are few studies on the prognostic value of NLR and PLR in pancreatic cancer,this paper systematically summarizes the results of these studies and points out the problems that need to be further studied at presen·t.
