探讨口腔正畸联合烤瓷桥固定修复治疗成人牙齿错颌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:分析口腔正畸+烤瓷桥固定修复治疗成人牙齿错颌的临床效果。方法:2017年1月-2020年1月收治牙齿错颌成人患者78例,随机分为两组。A组行口腔正畸+烤瓷桥固定修复治疗;B组行口腔正畸单纯治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:A组治疗总有效率、牙齿松动等级为Ⅰ级的比例、治疗后症状评分及修复满意度评分均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组并发症发生率低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸+烤瓷桥固定修复治疗牙齿错颌成人患者,可改善临床症状,防止牙齿松动,且修复满意度高,并发症少。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment combined with porcelain bridge fixation repair in the treatment of malocclusion of adult teeth.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2020,78 cases of adult patients with dental malocclusion were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.A group was treated by orthodontic treatment combined with porcelain bridge fixation repair.B group underwent orthodontic treatment alone.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment,the proportion of tooth loosening of grade I,the symptom score and the repair satisfaction score of A group were higher than those of B group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in A group was lower than that in B group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment combined with porcelain bridge fixation repair in the treatment of malocclusion of adult teeth can improve clinical symptoms,prevent tooth loosening,the satisfaction of repair is high and the complications are less.
