高度近视行超声乳化透明晶状体吸除术治疗的有效性评价

摘　　要：目的:评价超声乳化透明晶状体吸除术治疗高度近视的有效性。方法:2018年7月-2020年7月收治高度近视患者120例,按视力矫正方法不同分为两组,各60例。对照组实施常规视力矫正方法;试验组采用超声乳化透明晶状体吸除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后屈光度差值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后AC/A差值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高度近视患者的治疗中,采用超声乳化透明晶状体吸除术的效果显著,可满足患者治疗需求,提升了临床治疗效果。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of phacoemulsification and transparent lens aspiration in the treatment of high myopia.Methods:From July 2018 to July 2020,120 patients with high myopia were selected and divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group according to different vision correction methods.The control group was treated with conventional vision correction.The experimental group was treated with phacoemulsification and clear lens aspiration.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,after treatment,the diopter difference was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,after treatment,the difference of AC/A was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of high myopia,the effect of phacoemulsification and clear lens aspiration is remarkable,it can meet the treatment needs of patients and improve the clinical treatment effect.
