摘　　要：面对信息技术广泛参与档案工作的新形势,基于传统档案管理内容和方式形成的档案职业素养、职业技能、职业教育体系在应对当前职业发展需求时,形成了诸多档案职业困境现象。通过对档案职业困境现象及其原因的分析,深度揭示档案职业与信息技术应用的内在关系,探索新形势下档案职业发展的内在活力以及体现档案职业新的发展价值,力图推进新形势下档案职业的创新发展。Facing the new situation of extensive participation of information technology in archival work,many archival profession dilemmas formed in the archival professional literacy,professional skills,and professional education system based on traditional archives management content and methods when responding to current profession development needs.Through the analysis of the dilemmas of the archival profession and their causes,the paper deeply reveals the internal relationship between the archival profession and the application of information technology,explores the inner vitality of archival profession development under the new situation,reflects the new development value of the archival profession,and strives to promote the innovative development of archival profession under the new situation.
