摘　　要：高校图书馆开展文化建设工作是对馆藏资源的深度解读和揭示,是对读者服务的延伸和创新,其脱胎于学校文化,是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。“双一流”高校图书馆开展文化建设工作应当与传承中华优秀传统文化有机融合实现文化育人,借力优秀的地域文化发展特色文化,融入新时期“互联网+”的时代背景,开展文创工作使文化形象更加丰满,才能更好地发展。最后以中国海洋大学图书馆为例,提出开展文化建设的总体构想,并列举了已有的建设成果。The cultural construction of university libraries is the deep interpretation and revelation of collection resources,the extension and innovation of user service,which derives from the university culture and becomes an important part of university cultural construction."Double first-class"university libraries should integrate with inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture to realize cultural education,develop characteristic culture with the help of excellent regional culture,integrate into the"Internet+"era,develop cultural and creative work to enrich cultural image,in order to better carry out cultural construction.At last,taking the Library of Ocean University of China as an example,this paper puts forward the general idea of culture construction,and lists the existing construction achievements.
