摘　　要：在传统进、出凉米仓工艺能实现空仓和满仓报警的基础上,动态仓容管理系统通过设置进、出仓流量秤、PLC和上位机系统,能动态显示凉米仓内实时存储值,便于生产数据统计、生产成本计算和后期追溯查询,极大地提高生产数据的精确性和大米加工企业的生产效率。On the basis that the traditional in and out processing technology of rice cooling bin can realize the alarm of empty and fullwarehouse,the dynamic storage capacity management systemcan dynamically display the real-time storage value in the rice cooling bin by setting the input and output flow scale,PLC and upper computer system,which is convenient for production data statistics,production cost calculation and later tracking query,greatly improve the accuracy of production data and the production efficiency of rice processing plant.
