摘 要:目的从临床科室医疗业务量与医师人力资源需求量的关系出发,探索临床科室医师人力资源配置测算方法。方法以某三甲医院为例,应用转换比率法,将业务量增长率转化为医师需求人数增长率,计算各科室医师理论需求人数,并结合科室实际,分析医师人力资源配置情况。结果测算结果比较符合实际,与科室普遍反映的人力资源不足的现实一致。结论基于转换比率法的医师人力资源需求预测方法具有较强的科学性和可操作性,可为医师合理配置提供参考。Objective To explore the method of measuring the allocation of doctors'human resources in clinical departmentsbased on the relationship between the medical business volume of clinical departments and the demand of doctors'human resources.Methods Taking a tertiary hospital as an example,the conversion ratio method was applied to convert the growth rate of business volume into the growth rate of the number of physicians in demand,calculate the theoretical demand number of physicians in each department,and analyze the allocation of physicians'human resources in combination with the actual situation of the department.Results The results were consistent with the fact that human resources were insufficient.Conclusion The prediction method of physician human resource demand based on conversion ratio method is scientific and operable,and can provide reference for rational allocation of physicians.
