摘　　要：目的探讨CYP2W1在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法将50例胃癌患者设为研究组,50例胃黏膜组织未发生癌变的患者设为对照组。比较两组胃黏膜组织中CYP2W1表达阳性率及表达量,比较不同资料研究组患者CYP2W1表达阳性率,比较研究组CYP2W1表达阳性及阴性患者中位生存时间。结果CYP2W1主要在研究组胃癌组织粘膜上皮细胞胞浆中表达,在对照组正常胃粘膜组织中不表达或弱表达;研究组CYP2W1蛋白表达阳性率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),表达量显著高于对照组(P<0.01);肿瘤直径、肿瘤浸润程度、区域淋巴结转移情况、TNM分期是CYP2W1表达阳性率的影响因素(P<0.05);CYP2W1表达阳性患者中位生存时间显著短于CYP2W1表达阴性患者(P<0.01)。结论CYP2W1为胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中特有的抗体,其表达与胃癌患者生存时间及预后有密切关联。Objective To investigate the expression of cytochrome P450 family 2 subfamily W member 1(CYP2W1)in gastric cancer and its clinical significance.Methods Fifty patients with gastric cancer were set as the study group,and 50 patients with normal gastric mucosa tissues were set as the control group.The positive rate and quantity of CYP2W1 expression in gastric mucosa were compared between the two groups.The positive rate of CYP2W1 expression in the study group was compared.The median survival time of patients with positive and negative CYP2W1 expression in the study group was compared.Results CYP2W1 was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm of mucosal epithelial cells in the gastric cancer tissue of the study group,but not or weakly expressed in the normal gastric mucosal tissue of the control group.The positive rate of CYP2W1 protein expression in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),the expression quantity was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Tumor diameter,tumor invasion degree,regional lymph node metastasis,TNM staging were the influencing factors of the positive rate of CYP2W1 expression(P<0.05).The median survival time of patients with positive CYP2W1 expression was significantly shorter than that of patients with negative CYP2W1 expression(P<0.01).Conclusions CYP2W1 is a unique antibody in gastric mucosal tissues of patients with gastric cancer,and its expression is closely related to the survival time and prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
