社区综合康复对精神障碍患者生理 心理及社会功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区综合康复对精神障碍患者生理、心理及社会功能的影响。方法将100例精神障碍患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各50例,研究组给予免费“康乐家园”社区综合康复模式进行干预,对照组给予传统重性精神疾病社区康复管理模式,观察6个月。于干预前、干预3个月末及干预6个月末采用自测健康评定量表评定两组患者的生理、心理和社会功能状况。结果干预6个月末研究组自测生理健康评定子量表评分显著高于干预前(P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月及6个月末研究组自测心理健康评定子量表、自测社会健康评定子量表、自测健康评定量表评分显著高于干预前(P<0.01),且显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论社区综合康复活动能显著提高精神障碍患者的生理、心理及社会健康水平。Objective To explore the effect of community comprehensive rehabilitation on the physiological,psychological and social functions of patients with mental disorders.Methods A total of 100 patients with mental disorders were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases each.The observation group participated in a free"Kangle Home"comprehensive community rehabilitation project for patients with mental disorders,and the control group adopted the traditional severe mental illness community management model,and the observation time was half a year.The physiological,psychological and social functions of the two groups were evaluated by self-rated health measurement scale(SRHMS)before intervention,at the end of 3 months and 6 months after intervention.Results At the end of 6 months of intervention,the self-test physiological health assessment subscale(PSH)score of the study group was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of 3 months and 6 months of intervention,the self-assessment of mental health subscale(MSH),self-measured social health assessment subscale(SSH),and SRHMS scores of the study group were significantly higher than those before intervention,and significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Community comprehensive rehabilitation activities can significantly improve the physiological,psychological and social health of patients with mental disorders.
