摘  要:以双层微管为例,采用Bird-Carreau本构方程,建立双层微管共挤模型,通过有限元数值算法系统模拟黏度和松弛时间对挤出胀大的影响规律。结果表明,共挤成型的挤出胀大率受内外层熔体的物性参数的共同影响。随着熔体处黏度的变化,熔体层会向黏度大的熔体一侧发生偏移,且当内外层熔体黏度同比变化时,微管尺寸保持不变;当熔体的松弛时间变化时,熔体层会向松弛时间小的一侧发生偏移,而当内外层熔体同比变化时,微管尺寸只有在松弛时间较大时才不发生变化。Taking double-layer microtubule as an example,Bird-Carreau constitutive equation was used to establish a double-layer microtubule coextrusion model.The effects of the viscosity and relaxation time on extrusion swelling were systematically simulated by finite element numerical algorithm.The results show that the extrusion swell rate of co-extrusion is affected by the physical parameters of the inner and outer melt,and the melt layer could shift to the side of the high viscosity melt with the change of the melt viscosity,when the viscosity of the inner and outer melt changes with the same ratio,the microtubule size remains unchanged.When the relaxation time of melt changes,the melt layer could shift to the side with small relaxation time,but when the melt ratio of inner and outer layers changes,the microtubule size could not change until the relaxation time is large.
