便秘的外科治疗进展

摘　　要：便秘是一种常见的胃肠道功能性疾病,根据病变发生部位的不同分为慢传输型、出口梗阻型和混合型便秘3型。内科治疗无效的便秘患者可能出现肿瘤发生率增高和心理疾病等不良事件。便秘的外科治疗主要针对内科治疗无效的难治性便秘,其虽历史悠久,但争议颇多,是腹部外科领域中公认的难题。作为顽固性便秘治疗的最后选择,便秘的外科治疗术式多样,效果也不尽相同。本文就近年来国内外临床应用较广泛的便秘的外科治疗术式及其相关研究进展作一述评,以期促进便秘外科治疗的发展。Constipation is a common gastrointestinal functional disease and can be divided into three types:slow transit constipation,outlet obstruction constipation and mixed constipation.Patients with constipation who failed to receive medical treatment may have adverse events such as the increase of the incidence of tumor and mental illness.Surgical treatment of constipation is mainly for refractory constipation,which is ineffective in medical treatment.Although it has a long history,there still exist many controversies,and it is recognized as a difficult problem in the field of abdominal surgery.As the last choice for the treatment of intractable constipation,the surgical treatment of constipation is various,and the effect is not the same.This article reviews the surgical treatment of constipation and its related research progress,which is widely used at home and abroad in recent years so as to promote the development of surgical treatment of constipation.
