摘 要:当前,我国居民口腔保健意识薄弱,口腔健康知识匮乏,口腔健康状况不良。口腔健康教育是预防口腔疾病,改善口腔健康状况最有效的途径。常规的口腔健康教育模式只是简单的将信息交代给目标人群,对口腔疾病的预防效果较局限。很多学者对口腔健康教育模式进行探索,其中,信息-动机-行为技巧模型(Information-Motivation-Behavioral skill Model,简称IMB模型)被广泛应用于健康教育,本文将对口腔健康教育现状及IMB模型在口腔健康教育中的应用进行综述,以期为国内外口腔健康教育提供参考。At present,the state of oral health in China is worrying,the public lack of oral health knowledge,and the awareness of oral health care is weak.Oral health education is the most practical and effective way to promote oral health and prevent and control oral diseases.The traditional oral health education model simply gives the information to the target population,which has limited effect on the prevention of oral diseases.In recent years,many scholars have explored the model of oral health education,among which the Information-Motivation-Behavior skill model(IMB model)is widely used in the establishment of the theoretical model of behavior change.This paper will review the current situation of oral health education and the application of IMB model in oral health education,in order to provide reference for oral health education at home and abroad.
