摘 要:生物活性玻璃作为一类骨缺损修复的生物活性材料,兼具极高的骨诱导及骨引导潜能,是医学界研究的热门材料。但其难以实现降解与新骨形成相对平衡的缺点使其临床应用受限。为了改善生物活性玻璃的降解性能,满足临床多变的骨缺损修复的需求,相关学者在改变材料的尺寸、制作工艺、掺加改性剂等方面对其降解性能进行了诸多研究。本文将从以上几个方面将它们对生物活性玻璃骨修复支架的降解性能的影响作一综述。As a kind of bioactive material for bone defect repair,bioactive glass has high potential of bone induction and bone guidance.It is of great significance in repairing soft and hard tissue defects and is a popular material in the medical field.However,it is difficult to realize the relative balance between the degradation and new bone formation,which limits its clinical application.In order to improve the degradation performance of bioactive glass and meet the needs of clinical and changeable bone defect repair,relative scholars have studied the degradation performance of bioactive glass in changing the size of the material,making technology,adding modifier and so on.In this paper,the effect of these on the degradation of bioactive glass bone repair scaffolds will be studied from the above aspects make a summary.
