摘  要:文章采用一套AVL便携式车载排放测试系统对两台国五排放标准货车进行两组试验,探究排气温度及发动机气门数量对排气污染物的影响,比较排气管保温对整车排放的影响效果。试验结果表明,排气温度与排气污染物NOx成负相关关系;四气门发动机对排温贡献较大,降低NOx排放浓度具有显著效果;排气管保温效果对NOx排放有一定程度影响,单纯的隔热棉保温达不到明显效果。A set of AVL portable vehicle emission test system was used to carry out two groups of tests on two China V emission standard trucks,to explore the influence of exhaust temperature and engine valve number on exhaust pollutants,and to compare the effect of exhaust pipe insulation on vehicle emissions.The test results show that there is a negative correlation between the exhaust temperature and NOx.Four-valve engines contribute a lot to the exhaust temperature,reducing NOx emission concentration has a significant effect;The thermal insulation effect of exhaust pipe has a certain degree of influence on NOx emission,and the thermal insulation cotton alone cannot achieve obvious effect.
