摘  要:目的观察不同磁场强度稳恒磁场促进糖尿病溃疡大鼠创面愈合的功效。方法选取12只SPF级健康SD雄性大鼠作为正常组,给予正常喂养;另取36只SPF级健康SD雄性大鼠给予高糖高脂饲料喂养建立糖尿病模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为糖尿病溃疡组、稳恒磁场180 mT组、稳恒磁场300 mT组,每组12只。4组大鼠脊背制备2 cm溃疡创面,创面分别予以凡士林纱布、凡士林纱布加消磁磁环片、凡士林纱布加180 mT钕铁硼稳恒磁片、凡士林纱布加300 mT钕铁硼稳恒磁片覆盖包扎。稳恒磁场通过运用Comsol Multiphysics有限元软件对圆柱永磁体所形成稳恒磁场进行仿真模拟构建而成。观察各组大鼠创面造模后第5,12,19天血糖、创面表现、创面愈合率及病理组织形态学。结果创面造模后第5,12,19天,糖尿病模型各组大鼠血糖均明显高于同期正常组(P均<0.05),糖尿病模型各组间血糖比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。创面造模后第5天,各组大鼠创面愈合率比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);创面造模后第12,19天,糖尿病溃疡组和稳恒磁场180 mT组创面愈合率明显低于正常组和稳恒磁场300 mT组(P均<0.05),正常组和稳恒磁场300 mT组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。创面造模后第5天,正常组、稳恒磁场180 mT组、稳恒磁场300 mT组大鼠创面组织中毛细血管、肉芽组织增生较糖尿病溃疡组明显,且稳恒磁场300 mT组较稳恒磁场180 mT组明显。结论稳恒磁场对糖尿病溃疡大鼠全身血糖无影响,可明显促进创面肉芽组织和毛细血管生长,加快创面愈合,提高创面愈合率,且300 mT稳恒磁场促愈合效果优于180 mT稳恒磁场。Objective It is to observe the effect of stable magnetic fields with different magnetic field strengths in promoting wound healing in diabetic ulcer rats.Methods Twelve healthy SPF male SD rats were selected as the normal group and given normal feeding;another 36 SPF healthy male SD rats were fed with high-sugar and high-fat diet to establish diabetes models.The successfully modeled rats were randomly divided into diabetic ulcer group,steady magnetic field 180mT group,steady magnetic field 300 mT group,12 rats in each group.2 cm ulcer wounds of backs of the rats in the 4 groups were prepared,and the wounds were covered and bandaged with petrolatum gauze,petrolatum gauze plus degaussing ring sheet,petrolatum gauze plus 180mT neodymium iron boron magnetic sheet,petrolatum gauze plus 300mT neodymium iron boron magnetic sheet.The steady magnetic field was constructed by using Comsol Multiphysics finite element software to simulate the steady magnetic field formed by the cylindrical permanent magnet.The blood glucose,wound appearance,wound healing rate and pathological tissue morphology of the rats in each group were observed on the 5 th,12 th,and 19 th day after the wound modeling.Results On the 5 th,12 th,and 19 th days after wound modeling,the blood glucose of the rats in each group of the diabetes model was significantly higher than that of the normal group in the same period(all P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose between the groups of the diabetes model(all P>0.05).On the 5 th day after wound modeling,there was no significant difference in the wound healing rate of rats in each group(P>0.05);on the 12 th and 19th days after wound modeling,the wound healing rate of the diabetic ulcer group and the 180mT steady magnetic field group were significantly lower than that of the normal group and the 300 mT steady magnetic field group(all P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the normal group and the 300 mT steady magnetic field group(all P>0.05).On the 5 th da
