摘  要:为解决整体钢平台爬升同步性问题,提出了一种采用电磁比例换向阀控制的策略。采用1套主控制系统、4套液压泵站系统、26组竖向油缸顶升单元,配套平衡阀、锁止阀等控制阀以及油缸位移、压力等传感元件,形成了一套整体钢平台液压同步爬升控制系统。油缸位移、压力监测结果表明,电液比例同步系统在整体钢平台爬升过程中应用效果很好,整体钢平台爬升稳定性、安全性明显提高。To solve the climbing synchronization problem of integral steel platform,a control strategy that using electromagnetic proportional directional control valve is proposed.One set of main control system,four sets of hydraulic pump station system,26 sets of vertical cylinder jacking units,supporting control valves such as balance valve and lock valve,as well as sensing elements such as cylinder displacement and pressure are adopted to form an integral steel platform hydraulic synchronous climbing control system.The results of cylinder displacement and pressure monitoring show that the electro-hydraulic proportional synchronous system has a good application effect in the climbing process of the integral steel platform,and obviously improves the climbing stability and safety.
