摘　　要：立德树人和文化育人对我国教育改革发展起着重要的推进作用,探索立德树人背景下文化育人的研究生培养方式是坚持发展中国特色社会主义教育道路的必然要求和结果。文中深入分析立德树人背景下专业学位研究生培养存在的问题,以重庆科技学院专业学位研究生培养为例,对立德树人与文化育人相结合的专业学位研究生培养的有效策略和途径进行思考和探索。通过大力培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、积极推进校园文化育人平台建设、严格研究生导师的遴选和管理等途径,学校立德树人、文化育人相结合促进学校专业学位研究生培养取得明显的成效,研究生思想政治水平进一步提高、职业道德素养进一步增强、科研成果产出进一步增多。Moral education and cultural education play an important role in promoting China’s educational reform and development.Exploring the postgraduate training mode of cultural education under the background of moral education is the inevitable requirement and result of adhering to the development of socialist education road with Chinese characteristics.This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the training of professional degree postgraduates under the background of moral education,and takes the training of professional degree postgraduates in Chongqing University of Science and Technology as an example to explore the effective strategies and approaches for the training of professional degree postgraduates combining moral education with cultural education.By vigorously cultivating and practicing the socialist core values,and actively promoting the construction of campus culture education platform,the selection and management way of strict tutor,moral and culture education to promote the combination of school professional degree graduate education has achieved obvious results.The graduate students ideological and political level,and professional ethics accomplishment are further strengthened,thus increasing scientific research output.The research result can be used as reference for similar colleges and universities.
