摘 要:为改善混合动力传动系统的NVH特性,开展了限扭减振器的设计及试验研究。首先结合某款混合动力汽车的传动系统,分析了限扭减振器的结构和工作原理;然后,设计了限扭减振器限扭力矩与扭转减振器的扭转特性,并通过试验对限扭减振器的扭转特性进行验证;最后,利用键合图方法对某款使用限扭减振器的混合动力传动系统进行了建模,采用MATLAB/Simulink软件搭建仿真模型并进行求解。传动系统主要元件的角加速度分析结果表明,限扭减振器对于发动机波动扭矩输入激励造成的传动系统扭转振动有明显的衰减作用。Damper with torque limiter is designed and studied experimentally to improve the NVH performance of hybrid powertrain.Firstly,the structure and working principle of damper with torque limiter are analyzed for the powertrain of a HEV.Then,the characteristics of limited torque and torsional damper are designed,and the torsional characteristics of the damper are verified further by a test.Finally,the selected hybrid powertrain is modeled by the bond graph method,while the simulation model and solving process are also established by using MATLAB/Simulink software.The analysis of the angular acceleration of the powertrain’s main components shows that the torsional vibration of the powertrain which is caused by the fluctuating torque input excitation of the engine,can be obviously attenuated by damper with torque limiter.
