摘 要:如今增加正畸牙移动速率的方法多种多样,主要分为手术法与非手术法两大类。虽然通过外科手术加快正畸牙移动已经显示出很好的效果,但无创和无痛的方案向来更受患者的青睐。在已有的研究中得知局部使用生长因子能够加快正畸牙移动的速率,其中转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))是成骨和破骨偶联过程的重要细胞调节因子之一,参与了牙周组织改建中牙周膜干细胞、成纤维细胞、肌成纤维细胞、成骨细胞及破骨细胞增殖和分化的过程,是牙周组织改建中的关键因子。本文就TGF-β_(1)在正畸牙移动过程中相关作用的研究进展进行综述。Nowadays,there are various methods to increase the orthodontic tooth movement rate,which are mainly divided into two categories:surgical method and non-surgical method.Although surgery to speed up orthodontic tooth movement has been shown to be effective,non-invasive and painless regimens have always been preferred by patients.Previous studies have shown that local use of growth factors in the existing research that can accelerate the rate of orthodontic tooth movement,among which transforming growth factorβ_(1)(TGF-β_(1))is important in the process of osteogenesis and broken bone coupling cell regulation factor,participated in the periodontal tissue reconstruction of the periodontal ligament stem cells,fibroblasts,muscle fibroblasts,proliferation and differentiation of osteoblast and osteoclast process,and is the key factor of periodontal tissue reconstruction.This article reviews the progress in the study of TGF-β_(1) in orthodontic tooth movement.
