含服及鼻咽部滴注罗汉果煎剂对胃肠减压患者口咽部不适的影响

摘　　要：目的观察含服及鼻咽部滴注罗汉果煎剂改善留置胃管患者鼻咽部不适的效果。方法选取贵港市人民医院妇科2018年1月至2019年12月收治且行子宫颈癌根治术后留置胃管患者140例,应用抽签法分为观察组和对照组各70例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予含服、鼻咽部滴注罗汉果煎剂。比较两组患者术后72 h口咽部不适的改善程度及意外脱管率。结果术后72 h,观察组患者的口干症状改善总有效率为95.71%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24 h、48 h、72 h,观察组患者的鼻咽部舒适度评分明显高于对照组、咽喉部疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的意外脱管率为2.86%,明显低于对照组的14.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论含服及鼻咽部滴注罗汉果煎剂能提高胃肠减压患者鼻咽部舒适度,降低置管并发症及意外脱管率,有临床推广应用价值。Objective To observe the effect of oral administration and nasopharyngeal infusion of Luo Han Guo decoction to improve nasopharyngeal discomfort in patients with indwelling gastric tube.Methods A total of 140 patients,who admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Guigang People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 and received gastric tube after radical resection of cervical cancer were selected and divided into the observation group and control group,with 70 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given buccal and nasopharynx drip decoction on the basis of routine nursing.The degree of improvement of oropharyngeal discomfort and the rate of accidental detachment were compared between the two groups at 72 hours postoperatively.Results 72 h after operation,the total effective rate of dry mouth symptom improvement in the observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05);24 h,48 h,72 h after operation,the nasopharyngeal comfort scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the scores of throat pain were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05);the accidental detubation rate of the observation group was 2.86%,which was significantly lower than 14.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral administration and nasopharynx drip of Luo Han Guo decoction can improve the comfort of the nasopharynx of patients with gastrointestinal decompression and reduce the complications of catheter placement and accidental detubation,which has clinical promotion value.
