摘  要:模块化多电平换流器高压直流输电(modular multilevel converter based high voltage direct current,MMC-HVDC)系统的控制通信链路的时滞对系统动态构成影响,同时换流站的动态会受到其他端的影响。因此,需要建立考虑控制与通信多成分时滞的多端信息物理系统模型来分析时滞对系统动态和稳定性的影响。文中归纳MMC-HVDC系统的时滞成分,考虑多端动态,推导得到多端MMC-HVDC系统时滞模型。基于该模型进一步提出适用于多时滞场景的通用Pade结构来量化分析MMC-HVDC模型稳定性,并利用多种物理场景阐明了模型的准确性与建立考虑时滞的多端模型的必要性。结合多端多时滞模型和统一的多时滞分析结构,文章构建并分析时滞变量稳定域,确定完整的时滞影响链路。结果表明:换流站物理系统内部的强烈耦合将利于信息时滞影响的扩散,造成稳定域形变,在规划设计时应充分考虑物理系统和信息系统的相互作用。The information delays introduced by the complicated control communication chain make uncertain risks on the system dynamics.Meanwhile,the converter dynamics are affected by the interacted terminals.Therefore,it is necessary to build the multi-terminal system model considering the control delay and the communication delay in the system to investigate the delay effect on the system dynamics and stability.To address this concern,the delay components inside the MMC-HVDC system were dissected and the multi-terminal dynamics were derived.On the basis of the harmonic modeling,the multi-terminal MMC-HVDC system with multiple delays was modeled.Moreover,a unified Pade approximation form for multiple delays was proposed to quantitatively analyze the model stability.Various physical scenarios were tested to validate the model accuracy.With the proposed model and the unified multi-delay analysis framework,the delay stability region was drawn and analyzed.The complete stability chain was detected and the results show that the tight coupling of the internal dynamics enhances the spread of cyber-delay effect,which causes the stability region distortion.For multi-terminal MMC-HVDC,the interaction between the physical system and the cyber system should be considered sufficiently during programming and designing.
