摘　　要：目前,医学院校在专业设置上普遍存在同质化现象突出、追求专业设置的"大而全"、功利性强、专业退出困难、人才培养与社会需求脱节等问题,严重制约了医学院校的健康发展.建立高校专业预警、评估、退出机制十分必要.应借助大数据功能,从专业指标体系的构建、生成专业预警信息并进行处理、分析评估及预警专业建设状况等几个方面,研究构建医学院校的专业预警、退出与评估机制,为医学院校科学地进行专业设置、优化专业结构提供基本方案和借鉴.At present,there are many problems in the specialty setting of medical colleges and universities,such as the prominent homogenization phenomenon,the pursuit of"large and comprehensive"specialty setting,the strong utilitarian nature,the difficulty of professional withdrawal,and the disconnection between talent training and social needs,which seriously restrict the healthy development of medical colleges and universities.It is necessary to set up the mechanism of early warning,evaluation and withdrawal of specialties in Colleges and universities.With the help of big data function,we study and construct the professional early warning,withdrawal and evaluation mechanism of medical colleges and universities from the construction of professional index system,the generation and processing of professional early warning information,analysis and evaluation,and the construction status of early warning specialty,so as to provide the basic scheme and reference for the scientific specialty setting and optimization of specialty structure in medical colleges and universities.
