摘  要:以间歇式活性污泥法 (SBR)法处理啤酒废水 ,系统考察了温度变化对亚硝酸型硝化 /反硝化的影响。结果表明 :温度维持在 30℃得到的亚硝酸型硝化的污泥 ,运行在常温 (19 5~ 2 3 5℃ ) 5 0周期 ,硝化类型转变为硝酸型硝化。而后 ,逐渐升温 ,硝化类型逐渐转变为亚硝酸型硝化。当温度达到 2 8~ 2 9℃时 ,硝化类型为稳定的亚硝酸型硝化 ,硝化反应结束时NO- 2 N/NO- X N平均维持在 82 2 %~ 83 5 %。 2 8~ 2 9℃是本试验条件下亚硝酸型硝化的临界温度。而且不论是亚硝酸型硝化 /反硝化还是完全硝化 /反硝化 ,DO、ORP、pH在脱氮过程中的变化规律基本相同 ,可以作为SBR法脱氮过程的控制参数。Brewery wastewater was treated in a Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) to investigate the effect of temperature on the type of nitrification. When the system which had been maintained at 30℃ run at 19.5~23.5℃ for 50 cycles, the type of nitrification turned from short-cut nitrification to complete nitrification. Then with the temperature increasing, the type of nitrification gradually turned from complete nitrification to short-cut nitrification. When the temperature reached 28~29℃ short-cut nitrification had become very stable and at the end of nitrification NO- 2-N/NO- X-N was 82.2%~83.5%. The critical temperature of short-cut nitrification is 28~29℃. Also in the cases of short-cut and complete nitrification/denitrification, during nitrogen removal Dissolved Oxygen(DO)?Oxidation Reduction Potential(ORP)?pH showed nearly the same profiles and they can be used as real-time control parameters in SBR.
