摘  要:本文从信息觅食视角出发,基于扎根理论的实证研究,推导价值影响关键因素为文旅舆情信息的重要性、典型性、知识性、敏感性,建立了两级指标体系的评价指标模型:基于因子分析探索验证了该模型结构的维度与效度;采用主观赋权的层次分析法,对评价指标进行权重分配。文章认为,把评价指标体系作用于实际服务质量提升中,可以通过重要性因素强化跨机构的协作管理,利用典型性因素提升服务人员面对具体文旅舆情案例的分析水平,面向知识性因素建立基于舆情应对的文旅舆情信息资源库,针对敏感性加强文旅舆情信息应对转化能力。From the perspective of information foraging, based on the empirical research of grounded theory, this paper deduces that the key factors influencing the value are the importance, typicality, knowledge and sensitivity of cultural tourism public opinion information, and establishes an evaluation index model of two-level index system. Based on factor analysis, this paper explores and verifies the dimension and validity of the model structure, and uses the AHP of subjective empowerment to evaluate the evaluation index weight distribution. The paper thinks that the evaluation index system can be used to improve the actual service quality by strengthening the inter agency cooperation management through the importance factors, cultivating the service personnel’s analysis level in the face of specific cultural and tourism public opinion cases by using typical factors, establishing the cultural and tourism public opinion information resource base based on public opinion response for knowledge factors, and strengthening the transformation ability of cultural and tourism public opinion information response for sensitivity.
