摘　　要：饮食承载特定的社会象征意涵,是规范个体身份认同的核心构件,国民以饮食为中心形构起了社会生活互动链,并借助饮食表达身份认同。在身份认同塑造过程中,饮食文化具备符号性功能,使个体饮食文化认同经在地化调适、交互、构筑,实现了在地化构建。地域饮食文化是国民认同感、归属感的交织场域,通过把握各地域饮食文化的同一性,并厘清其交融性、辨明其联结性,构筑了中华饮食文化认同的基础。在传统节日、仪式庆典、空间重构、话语叙事等多重维度,因袭、推广、形塑、更新中华饮食文化,发挥其"文化黏合剂"效能,使国民藉此在持续整合进程中自觉生成"全民一体"感,以中华饮食文化认同为铸牢中华民族共同体意识提供进路。Diet carries a specific kind of social symbolic meaning and is a core component that regulates individual identity.National have built a social life interaction chain with diet as the center,and expressed their identity with the help of diet.In the process of identity shaping,dietary culture has a symbolic function,enabling individual dietary culture identity to be adjusted,interacted,and constructed locally,realizing local construction.The regional dietary culture provides an intertwined field of national identity and belonging by grasping the identity of dietary culture in different regions,clarifying its integration and identifying its connection,it has built the foundation of Chinese dietary culture identity.In multiple dimensions including traditional festivals,ceremonial celebrations,spatial reconstruction,discourse narration and so on,the Chinese dietary culture is inherited,promoted,shaped,and renewed which is helpful for nationals to enhance the sense of belonging for the subject consciousness of the Chinese nation.The Chinese dietary culture serves as the"cultural glue"of the Chinese nation’s community consciousness,and generate the sense of"the whole people"in the process of continuous integration.The identification of the Chinese dietary culture provides a way to forging a strong sense of consciousness of Chinese national community.
