摘　　要：随着“健康中国”建设和深化医改的不断推进,卫生健康信息化建设进入快速发展阶段。本文系统回顾了“十三五”时期区域卫生健康信息化的建设发展现状,梳理了顶层设计与规划,总结了公共卫生、医疗服务、医疗保障、药品管理、智慧计生、综合管理等方面的重点领域建设应用情况,阐述了互通共享、协同应用方面的工作成效,分析发展过程中存在的主要问题。基于当前面临的挑战与机遇,从业务协同、技术创新、惠民服务、保障体系等方面,对下一步全民健康信息化建设发展作出展望。With the construction of healthy China and the deepening of medical and health system reform,health information construction has entered a rapid development stage.This paper systematically reviews the current situation of regional health informatization construction and development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,sorts out the top-level design and planning,summarizes the construction and application of key areas in public health,medical services,medical security,drug management,intelligent family planning,and comprehensive management,elaborates the work effects of interoperability,sharing and collaborative application,analyzes the main problems existing in the development process.Based on the current challenges and opportunities,makes prospects for the next step of national health information construction from the aspects of business collaboration,technological innovation,service for the benefit of the people,security system and so on.
