摘　　要：本研究针对深圳市现有医疗健康资源平台的特点,结合深圳市经验,论述社区健康服务中心优先预约助力分级诊疗应用的重要性与必要性。基于已建成的深圳市预约挂号统一号源平台,在社区健康服务中心优先预约方面探索优先预约上级医院全科号源、上级医院专用号源、上级医院“T+1”天号源3种流程。总结分析了转诊流程不足、号源优先流程优劣之处和应用效果,最终选择适合深圳市的社区健康服务中心优先预约上级医院“T+1”天号源流程进行推广,引导居民主动到基层医疗机构社区健康服务中心首诊,为分级诊疗在便民惠民方面探索出新路径。Focusing on features of existing medical and health resource platforms,as well as experiences in Shenzhen,this study investigates the importance and necessity of priority appointments in community health centers to facilitate hierarchical medical system.Based on the existing platform of unified appointments in Shenzhen,three kinds of processes for priority appointments in community health centers are explored,which are general practice number process,special number process,and"T+1"day number process.After analyzing the shortcomings and strengths of referral process and priority number process,summarizing their application effects.We choose"T+1"day number process,which is suitable for community health centers in Shenzhen to prioritize appointments in higher-level hospitals.In this way,residents are guided to first visit community health centers in primary health care institutions,providing a new way for hierarchical medical system to benefit residents.
