摘　　要：目的构建符合互联互通成熟度五级测评要求的闭环管理示踪系统。方法构建以临床数据中心为基础的闭环管理示踪系统,实现医院各医嘱和重点业务闭环节点的统一浏览和展示。结果闭环管理示踪系统采用B/S体系架构,通过对各业务系统数据进行整合和利用,设计出各医嘱和重点业务的闭环管理执行流程,明确各个环节的执行人和执行时间,做到可全员追踪、可全程追溯。结论闭环管理示踪系统对提升医疗质量,保障医疗安全具有重要意义,有利于医疗质量的持续改进。Objective To construct a closed-loop management tracing system based on the five-level evaluation requirements of hospital information interconnection standardization maturity evaluation.Methods A closed-loop management tracer system based on clinical data center is built to realize the unified browsing and display of medical orders and key business closed-loop nodes in the hospital.Results The closed-loop management tracing system uses the Browser/Server system architecture through the integration and utilization of the data in each business system,the execution processes of the closed-loop management for each medical order and business are designed and the executors and execution time of each node are defined to realize all staff can be traced in the whole process.Conclusion The closed-loop management tracing system is of great significance to improve the medical quality and ensure the medical safety and is conducive to the continuous improvement of medical quality.
