摘　　要：目的了解湖南省长沙市各级医疗机构输血相关信息系统建立及使用情况,为进一步加强临床输血管理提供可行依据。方法通过现场走访及填写调查问卷表,对50家各级医疗机构输血相关信息系统的建立、软件功能、升级及联网需求等情况进行调研。结果三级医院的输血信息管理系统(BIS)使用率、与HIS和LIS对接率均为65%,而二级和一级医院BIS使用率为0。三级和二级临床医院对BIS系统有使用需求,一级医院需求不大。长沙市各级医院和采供血机构信息系统联网需求为98%。结论BIS的使用情况在不同等级医院有较大差别;现有信息系统功能模块有待提升及完善;尽早确立并实施规范、统一的区域性BIS有利于安全有效的血液管理。Objective To understand the use of blood transfusion information systems(BIS)in medical institutions at all levels in Changsha and to provide a feasible basis for further strengthening the management of clinical blood transfusion.Method Through on-site visits and filling out questionnaires,the use of blood transfusion information systems,software functions,software upgrade and networking requirements of 50 medical institutions at all levels were investigated.Result The rate of BIS usage and its connection with hospital information system(HIS)and laboratory management information system(LIS)were 65%in the Level 3 hospitals.The utilization rate of BIS system in the level 2 and level 1 hospital were 0%.The Level 3 and level 2 clinical hospitals have the demand for using BIS,while level 1 hospitals have little demand.Among the 50 hospitals surveyed,the demand for blood bank information system networking were 98%.Conclusion There were great differences in the use of BIS in different levels of hospitals in our city.Existing function modules of information system needs to be upgraded and improved.Establishing and implementing standardized and unified regional blood transfusion information system as early as possible was conducive to safe and effective blood management.
