摘　　要：目的借助移动应用技术建设收文管理系统,实现医院收文管理电子化、智能化。方法通过对医院收文特点进行分析,结合微信小程序、光学字符识别、短信等技术建设医院收文管理系统,实现收文内容智能识别录入、文档状态实时跟踪、审核状态实时提醒。结果提高了收文录入效率和准确度,提升了医院收文管理水平。结论实践显示,微信小程序作为一种移动应用技术,具有获取方便、用户使用无负担等优点,在医疗信息化中具有相当广泛的应用前景。Objective To build the file receive system with the help of mobile application technology and make hospital file management electronic and intelligent.Methods Through the analysis of the characteristics of hospital file receiving,combining WeChat mini program,OCR,SMS and other Information technology,realized a hospital file receive system which can intelligently identify and input file content,track the file status and remind the audit status in real time.Results It improves the efficiency,accuracy and the management level of the hospital file receiving.Conclusion The paper proves that WeChat mini program as a mobile application technology has the advantages of easy access,no burden for users,and has a wide application prospect in medical informatization.
