摘  要:目的探讨混合现实技术在肿瘤型人工假体置换术医患沟通中的应用价值。方法选取2018年9月至2020年7月于辽宁省肿瘤医院行肿瘤型人工假体置换术的患者10例为研究对象,将患者病灶的CT增强扫描三维重建图像导入三维医学影像工作站进行分割和重建,得到网格模型文件;通过“星图”混合现实影像系统输出获得全息影像数据。术者、患者及其家属在术前沟通中均佩戴混合现实眼镜在全息影像数据上模拟手术过程,加深患者及其家属对疾病、手术治疗及术后康复的直观了解。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术,其无重要血管、神经损伤,无切口延迟愈合等并发症。随访3~24个月,平均13.5个月,无一例患者复发、转移及死亡。患者及其家属对使用混合现实技术进行病情讲解和术前沟通的交流方式均有较高的满意度。结论混合现实技术在促进医患沟通方面效果显著,有利于提高患者治疗过程中的依从性。Objective To explore the application value of mixed reality technique assisted tumor-type artificial prosthesis replacement in doctor-patient communication.Method From September 2018 to July 2020,10 patients undergoing tumor-type artificial prosthesis replacement in Liaoning Cancer Hospital were selected as research objects,and 3D reconstruction of enhanced CT scan image of the patients’lesions were imported into the 3D medical imaging workstation for segmentation and reconstruction to obtain a grid model file;Holographic image data were obtained through the"star map"mixed realistic imaging system.The surgeon,patients and their families all need to wear mixed reality glasses during the preoperative communication to simulate the operation process so as to deepen the intuitive understanding of the disease,surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation of patients and their families.Result All patients successfully completed the operation without major blood vessel and nerve damage,and no complications such as delayed healing of incision.The follow-up period was 3~24 months,with an average of 13.5 months.There was no recurrence,metastasis or death.Patients and their families all have a high degree of satisfaction with the use of mixed reality technique for disease explanation and preoperative communication.Conclusion Mixed reality technique has a significant effect in promoting doctor-patient communication,which is beneficial to improve the compliance of patient in the treatment process,and its worthy of clinical promotion.
