国际化双元对企业创新绩效的影响研究——国外市场知识的调节视角

摘　　要：基于458家从事国际化经营的非金融类企业的问卷数据,构建层次回归模型,探讨国际化双元对企业创新绩效的影响机理,以及国外市场知识(国际化知识、制度性知识、业务性知识)对上述过程的调节效应。研究表明,国际化双元的平衡维度和国际化双元的联合维度均对创新绩效产生了正向影响;国际化知识、制度性知识和业务性知识正向调节国际化双元平衡维度与创新绩效的关系;国际化知识、制度性知识和业务性知识正向调节国际化双元联合维度与创新绩效的关系。Based on the questionnaire data of 458 non-financial enterprises engaged in international operation,the research constructs a hierarchical regression model to explore the mechanism of the impact of international ambidexterity on innovation performance,and the regulation effect of international knowledge,institutional knowledge and business knowledge to the above process.The research shows that the balance dimension of international ambidexterity and the joint dimension of international ambidexterity have a positive impact on innovation performance;internationalized knowledge,institutional knowledge and business knowledge positively regulate the impact of internationalized dual equilibrium dimension on innovation performance;Internationalized knowledge,institutional knowledge and business knowledge positively regulate the impact of internationalized dual joint dimension on innovation performance.
