摘　　要：目的探讨脉络膜血管瘤的眼底荧光血管造影(fundus flurorescence angiography,FFA)及吲哚菁绿血管造影(indocyanine green angiography,ICGA)的影像特征。方法回顾性分析9例(9只眼)脉络膜血管瘤患者的临床资料,对比分析其FFA及ICGA检查影像特征。结果FFA早期均出现形似脉络膜血管的高荧光,动静脉期荧光渗漏、逐渐增强并融合,晚期呈斑驳状强荧光。ICGA早期清晰可见不规则的脉络膜血管,中期瘤体呈强荧光,可以看出脉络膜血管瘤的边界,晚期病灶内染料排空,呈现低荧光。结论脉络膜血管瘤的FFA、ICGA图像各具特征,两者联合有助于脉络膜血管瘤的诊断。Objective To explore the imaging features of fundus fluorescence angiography(FFA)joint with indocyanine green angiography(ICGA)of choroidal hemangioma.Methods The clinical data of 9 cases(9 eyes)of choroidal hemangioma were observed,FFA and ICGA imaging features were compared and analysed.Results In the early stage of FFA,there was high fluorescence similar to choroidal vessels;in the arteriovenous stage,the fluorescence was leakage,gradually enhanced and fused,and in the late stage,it was mottled.At the early stage of ICGA,irregular choroidal vessels were seen clearly;at the middle stage,the tumor body showed strong fluorescence,and the boundary of choroidal hemangioma was seen,and at the late stage,the dye in the lesion was empty and showed low fluorescence.Conclusion FFA and ICGA images of choroidal hemangioma have their own characteristics,and the combination of them is helpful for the diagnosis of choroidal hemangioma.
