摘  要:目的利用近红外光谱法,对不同产地甘草及其伪品刺果甘草进行了快速无损鉴别研究。方法该研究采用近红外光谱技术不经任何化学处理,对原始样品直接检测,获取样品的全部完整的光谱信息,通过结合聚类分析和主成分分析的模式识别技术对样品进行定性分析,实现了甘草及其伪品刺果甘草的快速无损鉴别。结果甘草、伪品刺果甘草虽然属于同一科属,但它们所含化学成分却不尽相同,近红外光谱图上显示出一定的相似和差异,在2223~1912nm、1724~1400nm和1276~1088nm波长范围,基于聚类分析的模式识别法可以鉴别甘草真伪,和主成分分析结果一致。结论该方法准确可靠、快速无损、取样量少,为中药的产地、真伪鉴定识别提供了一种新的方法参考,具有良好的应用前景。Objective To identify Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different regions and its adulterants Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods Near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) was used to directly detect the original sample without any chemical treatment. The complete spectral information of the sample was obtained. The rapid and nondestructive identification of Glycyrrhiza uralensis from different regions and its adulterants Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora was realized by qualitative analysis of samples using pattern recognition technology combining cluster analysis and principal component analysis.Results Although Glycyrrhiza uralensis and its adulterants Glycyrrhiza pallidiflora belong to the same family and genus, their chemical compositions are different. Near-infrared spectroscopy showed some similarities and differences. In the wavelength range of 2223~1912 nm, 1724~1400 nm and 1276~1088 nm, the pattern recognition method based on cluster analysis could identify the genuineness and adulterants of Glycyrrhiza uralensis and the result was consistent with the findings of principal component analysis.Conclusion The method is accurate, reliable, fast and nondestructive, with less sampling. It provides a new method for the identification and analysis of the origin and authenticity of traditional Chinese medicine, and has good application prospect.
