摘 要:本研究对我国建筑工程检测机构绩效考核评价体系进行了探讨,在现有的建筑工程检测机构绩效考核现状、考核难点、相关评价体系方法、影响因素等基础上进行了分析,并在此基础上,结合我国现阶段建筑工程检测机构绩效考核要求和理论研究成果,针对检测质量、人员技术水平、检测效率、检测客户满意度等方面进行了讨论。提出建筑工程检测机构绩效考核评价体系,为建筑工程检测及其绩效考核等方面提供参考。The performance appraisal evaluation system of China's construction engineering inspection agencies is discussed,and the current performance appraisal status,assessment difficulties,relevant evaluation system methods,and influencing factors of the existing construction engineering inspection agencies are analyzed.And on this basis,combined with the performance appraisal requirements and theoretical research results of construction engineering inspection agencies in China at this stage,discussions were conducted on inspection quality,personnel technical level,inspection efficiency,and inspection customer satisfaction degree.A performance appraisal system for construction engineering inspection agencies is proposed to provide reference for construction engineering inspection and performance assessment.
