摘 要:目的研究BMP-9联合FGF对大鼠完全脱位牙再植术效果的影响,以提高全脱位牙齿再植的成功率。方法以体重250 g左右、SPF级Wistar雄性大鼠上颌第一磨牙为主要研究对象,总体分为四组:不做任何处理、即刻再植组(A组,8颗)、根管倒充后再植组(B组,8颗)、牙根表面涂布BMP-9后再植组(C组,8颗)、牙根表面用BMP-9与FGF处理后再植组(D组,8颗)。术后第56 d处死动物,通过HE染色进行组织学观察,计算各组牙根炎性吸收的发生率、牙根替代性吸收率、牙骨质愈合情况,进行统计学分析。结果与其他三组相比,牙根表面用BMP-9与FGF处理后再植组(D组)发生牙骨质愈合的概率显著提高(39.45%),与此同时D组发生牙根炎症性吸收的概率明显下降(6.97%),各组比较均P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论 BMP-9与FGF联合使用可在一定程度上促进再植牙达到牙骨质愈合,抑制再植牙牙根的炎症性吸收,具有重要的临床转化意义。Objective To study the effect of BMP-9 combined with FGF on the replantation of avulsed teeth in rats, and to improve the success rate of replantation of avulsed teeth. Methods The maxillary first molars of SPF Wistar male rats, weighing about 250 g, were used as the main research objects. They were divided into four groups: the immediate replantation group(A, 8 pieces) without any treatment, the replantation group(B, 8 pieces) after root-end filling, the replantation group(C, 8 pieces) after the root surface was coated with BMP-9, and the replantation group(D, 8 pieces) after the root surface treatment with BMP-9 and FGF. The animals were sacrificed on the 56 th day post-surgery, and histological observation was performed by HE staining. The incidence of root inflammation resorption, replacement resorption, and cement healing of each group were calculated, and statistical analysis was performed. Results Compared with the other three groups, the probability of cement healing in the root surface treated with BMP-9 and FGF(group D) was significantly increased(39.45%), while the probability of inflammatory resorption in the root of group D was significantly decreased(6.97%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined use of BMP-9 and FGF, to a certain extent, can promote the replanted teeth to achieve cementum healing and inhibit the inflammation resorption of the dental roots, which has important significance for clinical translation.
