摘 要:主动配电网是由分布式电源、各形式负荷、储能设备及其他可控资源共同组成的微网系统。传统主动配电网分布式电源规划存在配置目标单一、经济性较差的问题。为了提高主动配电网供电的经济性及可靠性,增加分布式能源利用率,基于负荷预测,采用储能系统与分布式能源联合选址定容的方式,通过需求相关性分组及多时间点法预测负荷,在综合分析储能系统调峰、新能源发电成本及线路损耗等因素对局域配电系统影响的基础上,建立以功率平衡为约束条件的多目标优化模型。通过改进遗传算法对多目标进行优化求解,并根据IEEE-RTS 24总线规划配电网。由仿真分析可知,该电源规划可提高分布式系统容量配置的合理性,提升电网运行的可靠性和经济性,为主动配电网规划及扩容提供了方法和依据。Active distribution network is a micro network system composed of distributed power supply,all kinds of loads,energy storage equipment and other controllable resources.There were some problems in the traditional active distribution network distributed generation planning,such as single configuration goal and poor economy.In order to improve the power supply economy and reliability of active distribution network and increase the utilization ratio of distributed energy,based on load forecasting,energy storage system and distributed energy jointed location and capacity determination were adopted.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the influence of energy storage system peak load regulation,new energy generation cost,line loss and other factors on local distribution system,a multi-objective optimization model with power balance as the constraint condition was established.The multi-objective was optimized by improved genetic algorithm,and the distribution network was planned according to IEEE-RTS 24 bus.It can be seen from the simulation analysis that the power planning can improve the rationality of distributed system capacity configuration,improve the reliability and economy of power grid operation,and provide methods and basis for active distribution network planning and capacity expansion.
