不同剂量参芎葡萄糖注射液对脑梗死患者血浆PAI-1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究不同剂量参芎葡萄糖注射液对脑梗死患者血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)水平的影响。方法:于我院治疗的210例脑梗死患者被随机均分为常规治疗组、参芎葡萄糖低剂量组(在常规治疗组基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液100ml/d)与参芎葡萄糖高剂量组(在常规治疗组基础上加用参芎葡萄糖注射液200ml/d),三组均治疗7d。观察比较各组治疗前后血浆PAI-1水平。结果:与常规治疗组比较,治疗后参芎葡萄糖低剂量组、高剂量组血浆PAI-1水平[(71.36±4.50)μmol/L比(69.21±3.80)μmol/L比(69.18±3.60)μmol/L]降低更显著(P均<0.01),但低剂量组与高剂量组间无显著差异(P=0.368)。结论:参芎葡萄糖注射液可显著降低血浆PAI-1水平,改善脑梗死患者的血液流变学状态,且效果与剂量无关。Objective:To study influence of different doses of Shenxiong glucose injection(SXGI)on plasma level of plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI)-1 in patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:A total of 210 CI patients treated in our hospital were randomly and equally divided into routine treatment group,low dose SXGI group(received SXGI 100ml/d based on routine treatment group)and high dose SXGI group(received SXGI 200ml/d based on routine treatment group).All groups were treated for 7d.Plasma PAI-1 level was observed and compared among all groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with routine treatment group after treatment,there was significant reduction in plasma PAI-1 level[(71.36±4.50)μmol/L vs.(69.21±3.80)μmol/L vs.(69.18±3.60)μmol/L]in low dose SXGI group and high dose SXGI group(P<0.01 both),and there was no significant difference in plasma PAI-1 level between low dose SXGI group and high dose SXGI group(P=0.368).Conclusion:Shenxiong glucose injection can significantly reduce plasma PAI-1 level and improve hemorheological state in patients with cerebral infarction,and its effect is not related to dose.
