摘　　要：我国心血管病危险因素流行趋势日益显著,心血管病的发病人数也不断增加,心血管病已成为重大的公共卫生问题,不仅对患者的生活质量造成严重影响,也给家庭和社会带来经济负担。本文主要介绍心脏康复的目标、模式、手段等方面的发展现状。The prevalence trend of risk factors of cardiovascular diseases is becoming more and more obvious in China,and number of patients with cardiovascular diseases is also increasing.Cardiovascular diseases have become a major public health problem.It not only seriously affects quality of life of patients,but also brings economic burden to families and society.The present article mainly introduces progress of cardiac rehabilitation from aspects of goals,modes and measures etc.in current situation.
