气象行业慕课国际培训应用的创新与实践

摘　　要：2020年突如其来的疫情打乱了正常的生产、生活节奏,为减少疫情对培训的影响,中国气象局气象干部培训学院(以下简称“干部学院”)结合气象部门现状,及时调整培训计划和教学方案,依托气象行业慕课平台,大力推进远程国际培训,统筹推进,确保疫情期间不停课、不停学、不停训。今年以来,利用气象行业慕课平台举办国际远程培训5期,累计培训了来自90多个国家和地区的1440名学员。气象行业慕课国际培训应用的创新与实践,推动了中国气象教育培训资源面向国际的开放与共享,为行业培训提供了模式的创新。In 2020,the sudden epidemic disrupted the normal production and life rhythm.In order to reduce the impact of the epidemic on the training,China Meteorological Administration Training Center quickly adjusted the training plan and teaching scheme according to the current situation of the meteorological department.It vigorously promoted the remote international training and coordinated the promotion based on the China Meteorological Administration MOOC(CMA-MOOC),which brought out the result that classes,schools and training have not been suspended during the epidemic period.Since the beginning of this year,more than 1440 trainees from more than 90 countries and regions have been trained.The innovation and practice of international training application based on the CMA-MOOC promotes the opening and sharing of meteorological education and training resources in China to the world,and provides mode innovation for industry training.
